After your pool plans are completed, they need to be lodged with your local Council. Lodging a Council Development Application (DA) can be difficult and time consuming. There are many regulations that require compliance.

Can your pool plans be approved using a Complying Development Certificate (CDC)?
Your swimming pool plans may be approved by using a Complying Development or CDC. This is a faster process than a DA and combines both the development consent and a construction certificate approval (no need for council approval)
